Quotes for Repair.

Our quotes don’t come from a set list; our technicians assess each piece of equipment that comes to them so as to provide the most accurate price options. It’s only £6 per item to get an inspection and quote and if you go ahead with repairs then this charge is waived.

The Process:

Book your equipment in for an inspection and quote at our Shoreditch store; this only costs £6 per item inc VAT. The equipment will be taken to our off-site workshops to be inspected, and within a week we’ll have a quote ready for you! You’ll just need to let us know what your decision is so that we can either bring the items back to Shoreditch or give the green light to the repair. There are no hidden fees, what we quote you is all you need to pay to have your equipment working again.

If you give us the go-ahead

If you want to get your photographic equipment repaired, that’s great! It’ll get added to the queue and we will be able to let you know an expected completion date.

When it’s ready we’ll give you a call or email. You’ll leave with a fully working camera and a receipt detailing the work that’s been carried out so you can see exactly what we’ve done.

If you don’t

If not, no worries! We’ll see if we can help you another way, perhaps recommending an alternative camera or lens. We’ll get it returned to our store all ready for you to collect, and you’ll only need to pay the inspection fee of £6 inc VAT per item.

You only pay for the repair if your camera’s back with you in full working order.

We won’t charge you for any time or repair work.

Insurance Estimate.

If your camera was damaged or broken while you were on holiday or if you have it insured then you’ll probably need a written estimate to submit to your insurance company. In order to stand the best chance of getting your claim processed, we offer a comprehensive estimate service for only £10+VAT per item. Just get your camera to us so that we can find out exactly what’s wrong and what needs doing. We’ll provide you with a form you can submit to your insurance provider.
